At the current stage of the development of PJSC ”Ukrtransnafta”, the main lines of its personnel policy are as follows:

  • preservation of the Company’s personnel in the context of an intense competition among the professionals on the Ukrainian labor market;
  • improvement of corporate measures regulating the labor relations efficiency, the stability of the personnel, etc.;
  • ensuring an uninterrupted improvement of qualification and training of the personnel as a procedure of the Company’s labor potential development;
  • improvement and implementation of new forms of the personnel assessment and the motivation thereof taking into account the individual contribution to the Company’s financial and business performance.

The employment and transfer of the employees to the key positions are carried out by standing qualification commissions which creates a personnel selection and internal employment system and hence provides the required categories of professionals for the production divisions. The average work experience of the employees of PJSC ”Ukrtransnafta” allows stating that the employees are experts in the main processes and the operation of the production equipment and evidences the stability of the personnel teams.

In the modern context of permanent changes and the need of integration into the global business processes, the management of PJSC ”Ukrtransnafta” pays constantly attention to the development and training of the personnel.
Managers and Experts Continuous Professional Training Regulations are approved by PJSC “Ukrtransnafta”. Every year, more than 1,100 employees of the Company improve their qualification and are trained at educational institutions and business schools both in Ukraine and abroad.

The control of the personnel policy realization and the efficiency of using the Company’s labor resources is the object of a regular discussion at the meetings of the Board of PJSC “Ukrtransnafta”, and the top managers of the Company and its branches are responsible for the realization thereof.


Abiding by the basic principles of the labor laws of Ukraine, PJSC “Ukrtransnafta” undertook the development and implementation of a collective bargaining contract aimed at ensuring a maximum possible level of the employees’ social and financial wellbeing on the basis of strengthening and improving the efficiency of the Company’s production and business activities.

The subject of the said contract is mainly the labor conditions and labor remuneration provisions; the social, housing and welfare support of the Company’s employees; warranties, compensations; and privileges, being additional as compared with the laws.

The collective bargaining contract warrants the preservation of the level and scope of the social warranties, privileges and compensations granted/payable to the Company’s employees as well as the rights of the personnel and the Trade Union organization to the participation in the management of the production process being at least equal to those established by the Labor Code of Ukraine; the Labor Remuneration, Bankruptcy, Trade Unions and their Rights and Activity Warranties Acts of Ukraine; the general and departmental agreements, and other state regulatory acts.
