HR and social policies
JSC Ukrtransnafta pays growing attention to the issues of personnel development and training. Ukrtransnafta has more than 5000 employees. Company’s stuff constantly enhances its qualification by attending training courses in the leading business schools in Ukraine and abroad.  
 
The main directions of Company’s HR policy are:

•    saving the Company’s human resources on the highly competitive labour market of Ukraine among professionals;

•    improvement of the corporate measures regulating the efficiency of the working relations, sustainability of the personnel;

•    providing of the continuous personnel training as the way to develop the Company’s labour potential;

•    upgrading and introduction of the new work assessment and motivation of personnel based on the individual contribution to the financial and economic activity of the Company.

Ukrtransnafta’s social policy is laid down by the collective bargaining agreement which guarantees the level and the scope of the social conditions, bonuses and reimbursements for employees including medical insurance, financial support, medical treatment and health promotion of employees and of their families during vacation period etc.
